The place looks better in person than in photos. Greenery is well kept, and the layout feels open. You can tell they maintain the place regularly. No construction noise, which was a big plus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Pavilion, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and designed with comfort in mind. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with a smile. If you’re looking for a place that values its guests and truly delivers a five-star experience, lake Pavilion is the perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Hotel a 10 to 15 minute walk from Hoi An’s main streets and next to the river. Peaceful and close to the touristic area. Unfortunately, the stay was spoiled by the hotel policy of charging 200,000 for a lost key which soured the experience. The feeling of feeling of being squeezed for every last drop clearly made its way from the market into the hotel - only you can’t walk away when your possessions are locked in the room. Not the amount; the principle.

Front desk friendly and helpful but not intrusive. This is my third stay and I got the same room which is great. I enjoyed having a big tub, shower and king bed . I didn’t run out of hot water like I have in other places so I always had a hot bath after a massage . The location has many spas in the area . The breakfast on the 5th floor was good although o only went once . I enjoyed all my stays here.

My room’s balcony had a romantic sea view. The interior is new, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many delicious dishes, and the staff were friendly. I will come back.
