This location was just what I needed. I enjoyed the serenity of watching and hearing the waves daily while I meditated. The staff were great especially Jenny. It was clear she loved what she does and it showed in her interaction with the customers. Thanks to Marry the masseuse who gave the best massage. This was by far the most relaxing vacation. Everything about our experience at this hotel was exceptional. We were greeted with the friendliest staff upon arrival with welcome drinks and our experience after that just kept getting better. We didn’t have ideal weather conditions during our stay, but our experience at Le Sands definitely gave us a great impression of Da Nang and makes us want to come back just for the warm hospitality. We booked a private tour to Bà Nà Hills through the hotel’s reception and had a really great time. The front desk employees also recommended us some good food and shopping areas. We also booked some spa services while at the hotel and really enjoyed those as well. Although we did not have great weather during our trip, our stay in Da Nang was unforgettable. We will definitely be back to Da Nang and we will definitely stay at Le Sands Oceanfront again.

I cannot express my sincerest gratitude in detail about how much we appreciated our stay here!! Upon entering you are greeted with the warmest, friendly staff! Everyone was so kind during our stay despite us having to leave early due to a storm. We stayed in the apartment suite and were just blown away at the room and space and were very sad to have to leave so early. The buffet breakfast was large and offered a variety of fresh traditional dishes and noodles, fresh fruit, pastries and made to order lattes! Spa service was amazing and I’d highly recommend booking a massage followed my hot sauna and steam room! Will definitely be back!

Please change the shampoo and shower gel you use. Everything is great except the toiletries. If you changed to designer or premium toiletries, this would be an amazing hotel. Also you can improve the towels.
