More a 3.5 boutique hotel

Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. None of property restaurants were opened, just 1 that is extremely expensive/overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. Only a spa/massage open and the pool. Had cockroaches visiting our apartment. Smelly pipes of bathrooms.

시부모님 모시고 여행했는데 숙소 선택이 제일 만족스럽습니다 :) 여행 전날 단체카톡방을 열어줍니다. 8명정도 되는 분들이 제가 카톡으로 요청한 사항을 실시간으로 해결해주십니다. 픽업부터 택시잡아주는 것, 시설 이용사항 안내, 바나힐 투어 렌트카 예약까지요. 부모님 모시고 여행하거나, 아기데리고 여행할땐 최고의 선택이 될 것 같습니다.

숙소는 좋으나... 필요할때는 강하게 이야기 하세요

생각보다 좋은 숙소입니다 숙소 관리인은 친절하고 모든 시설이 완비되어 있는 좋은곳 ... 다만 수영장 관리인하고 작은 문제가 있었어요.. 수영하던 손님 중 한사람이 다른 사람의 수영복 착용에 대해 직원에게 클레임하니 수영장 관리인이 와서 처임에는 레쉬가드 (상의)를 벗어라 하던니 또 수영복 바지가 너무 길고 뭐 핏이 넘 루즈하고... 암튼 말도 안되는 이유로 수영장 이용을 거부 하는 걸 보고 옆에서 듣고 있다가 수영장 관리인에게 제가 다른 사람들 다 레쉬가드 있고 루즈핏 수영 바지 있다고 따지니 뭐 그냥 없던 일로 하더라구요 암튼.. 기준이 없고 지내 마음데로 시비걸어서 못 들어거게 합니다...그 때는 당당하게 이야기 해주세요

성인3명 침실2개있는방 1박했는대 ㄹㅇ.. 한국 왠만한 리조트 뺨따구 후려칩니다 체크인 하루전에 스탶9명과 카카오톡 단톡방을개설하는대 문의나 버기카등 전부 물어보면 바로바로 답변오고여 체크인은 따로 해주는대는 없고 리조트 로비 도착후 카톡하면 스탭이 와서 이것저것 설명해주고 에어컨 빵빵하고 바로앞에 수영장 겁나크고 구명쪼끼 무료로빌려주고 꿀잼 주변에 뭐가없는게 흠이지만택시타고다닐꺼잔아요? 리조트안에 작은마트하나있긴한대 뭐없습니다. 해변가고싶으면 버기카 카톡으로 부르면 해변까지 태워주고요 해변에는 제가갔을때는 사람1명도 없었어요 걍 해변전세냄 수영장도 거의 혼자씀 친구들여러명이서오면 최고일듯하네여 가성비도좋규 마트들려서 장봐서 요리해드셔도될듯 왠만한 식기 다있고 인덕션 전자렌지 잘됩니다. 화장실2개 개이득 but 변기수압은 좀약함 조심하셈

가족여행에 딱이에요~~

아이들과 함께 하는 여행이어서 수영장을 중요하게 생각하고 다른 호텔을 두번이나 취소하고 예약한 호텔입니다. 두 개의 수영장 모두 훌륭하고, 바다 역시 예뻤습니다. (한개 수영장은 바로 앞에, 다른 수영장과 바다는 버기카로 왕복을 시켜줍니다.) 직원들 역시 모두 친절했고, 무려 9명의 스탭들과 단체 카톡방을 만들어서 왠만한 일들은 바로바로 처리해주셨습니다. 조리도구, 세탁기까지 다 있어서 정말 옷 두벌만 들고 가도 될 것 같아요. ㅎㅎ 예상보다 훨씬 좋아서 다음에 다낭을 간다면 또 이곳으로 가고 싶습니다. 참, 마지막날 룸서비스 조식 한식으로 시켜서 먹었는데 그 역시 훌륭했습니다. 다낭 시내에서 거리가 약간 있어서 주변지역에서 별을 하나 뺐는데, 대신 엄청 조용하다는 장점으로 다가왔습니다. 그리고 그랩타면 머 어디든 가니까요^^

プールやビーチでのんびり過ごすには最高のロケーションです。徒歩での買物は遠いため、事前に必要な飲み物と食べ物を準備していくことをオススメします。部屋は清潔でとても居心地が良く家族四人で最高の休暇を過ごすことが出来ました。

전반적인 만족도 높음

프론트데스크가 없어 레이트체크인시에 불편합니다. 새벽에 도착하니 매니저와 연결이 어려웠습니다. 원래는 픽업요청하면 방번호도 안내해주는데 비행기가 한시간 이상연착되어 픽업드라이버가 바뀌면서 방번호를 받지 못해 꽤 애먹었습니다. 하지만 주위분들이나 오션빌라 프론트에서 도와주셔서 무사히 체크인 하였습니다. 수영장, 레스토랑, 해변 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 대가족 여행시 적합할것으로 보입니다. 위생상태는 나쁘지 않았지만 침대 밑이나 요 밑은 지저분 했습니다.
