Very relaxing stay - the location is amazing! Less than a block from the beach and tons of restaurants and stores nearby.

Best location

Great location. Gaps in door and must turn lock twice to lock. Door can be pushed open otherwise. 1 English channel. Holiday so no service. If you are self contained i would recommend the hotel.

Close to the beach

Pros: big clean room Cons: doors had an enormous gap at the bottom and side so the corridor noise and light easily came through. In fact, the doors didn't even lock properly and with a bit of force you could open them without a key. Very insecure. The gap at the side also meant you could look through and see 1/3 of the room from the outside. Also, the fire alarm went off both nights (false alarm). Upon checkout at 8am in the morning the reception (security guard) couldn't check me out because he needed someone to check the room first and didn't have the key to the safe where they kept my passport. It took at least 30 mins to find someone and luckily I was not in a hurry to catch a flight. Overall, the staff were rude and never interested at all. i know you get what you pay for but I cannot recommend this hotel until at least they fix the doors/locks.

Excellent small hotel

An excellent hotel just one block from the beach. Lots of cheap eats nearby. Great full service market about 1.5 blocks walk. Quiet location.
