A NIGHTMARE

This place and specially the owner are horrible. To avoid if you are old as they do not have any material in case of heart attack. They complain if you made spots despite the fact that they are changing the sheets every 3 days. There are rats in the courtyard. They may forget to clean your room. They refused definitely to indicate the tourist office. They give wrong indications if you ask something. They push to leave before checking time.. And when they say there is no one at the reception it means that they stay all in an other place so you will be alone in the place with the rates...

My room was really cute and comfortable. The small fridge, kettle and desk were great. It was really nice to be in a quiet area, but still very walkable to visit the sights of the old city

Our stay here was fabulous, the owner was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding places to eat and visit. The location was close to the old town. Our breakfast was delicious, this was homemade by his mum each morning. We all really enjoyed our stay here.

Great

I had a great stay here with my friend. We had booked a triple room, so we each had our own bed. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. The small garden and pool area were really nice, and the property felt safe and private with a gate that could be locked. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An.

Je recommande cette hôtel. Il y a deux chambres qui sont tout au bout de l’hôtel dont les murs sont en papier. La dernière au bout elle a deux mur qui donne sur la ruelle qui est quand même bruyante et les mur sont en papier et les murs entre les deux dernières chambre sont en papier.. Il on rajouté des chambre où il y avait de l’espace donc ma chambre était un ancien garde robe.. Chambre pour personne seul ça prend des bouchons pour dormir.

A quaint place with local flavour

An interesting option for those, who'd like to experience what living in a traditional house is. The room was small and the walls were not soundproof. The karaoke songs of an old neighbor entertained us in the evenings. There was just enough room for a double bed (we had requested 2 twin beds) and a desk. One wall was covered with an open shelving. The swimming pool was nice and the yard and reception area were pleasant. The room was cleaned meticulously every day and the sheets were changed almost daily. In the beginning we got lost a few times when trying to find the hotel from the labyrinth of small streets.

立地至便。車道から狭い路地に入るため一瞬ぎょっとするが、徒歩で旧市街からツアーの多く集合するホテルや各都市へのバス会社事務所へも行ける。なお、現在グーグルマップに表示されるピンの位置は1ブロック東へズレているので注意が必要と思われる。 施設はキレイでお湯の出も問題ない。スタッフは英語を解し、フレンドリー。 朝食は前日に6種類の中から選んでおくシステム。手づくりなのが嬉しい。
