~~ LOCATION ~~
…. The VILLA is located in The POINT project right beside BRG Da Nang Golf Resort and just takes you 5 mins to go to The Ocean Villas Resort (in the opposite side) by taxis. You will be able to enjoy facilities in The Ocean Villas Resort such as beautiful beach, public pools, restaurants, spa, kid playgrounds.

It's approx 20 mins each way from Danang or Hoi An Ancient Town, 7 mins to Marble Mountains, 5 mins to Cocobay - entertainment & hospitality hub and plenty of local markets/ supermarkets within 20 mins. But the additional cost of taxis is made up with the beautiful resort as this area is really perfect for FAMILY or GROUP OF FRIENDS to unwind and chill out few days.
…. Seen from outside all villas inside area, the structure of the facades are the same with 2 main colors which are white and grey bringing them the beauty of modernization. Hygien, gardening, insect-killing in the areas are especially paid more attention and maintaned in good conditions by management board. It’s quite quiet and private. The air is so fresh that you just need to walk along the street in front of villas to unwind and refresh yourself. If you travel in groups with friends, the BBQ behind the villa’s garden near the pool is ideal plan and choice. Nothing is greater and more wonderful than soaking your bodies in the pool, enjoying the yummy dishes with little wine and taking crazy and impressive photos.
!!! I would like to share with you a tip. Specifically, on the way from the airport, you should drop by at the supermarket to buy some snacks, fast food, fruits, drinks for your staying in here, which makes your trips more convenient and economical.

…. Tides Spa: Opened from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, last order 7:30 PM - Need to book in advance should you wish to reserve. We could support you to make reservation if requested.

…. Apartment & Beachfront Swimming Pool with a pool for kids & lifeguard - The pool in the resort is where there are a lot of so deep photos taken by our guests from the elderly to the young. Don’t forget to pack funny floats, electrical air pumpers and colorful bikini in your lugguage.
…. Beautiful beach - The resort is endowed with picturesque beaches. If your family has a baby, our recommendation to you is to bring with you kites for flying. How great it will be! The facilities such as life jacket, kayak, surfing board at beach are only intended for resort's guest, you can not use. However, we have 2 bodyboards available for our guests. If you are in need of using, please let me know and I will lend you. And of course it is free.

Other things to note

…. BREAKFAST AT VILLA: The Price is NOT INCLUSIVE Breakfast. Breakfast can be served at villa by our butler at rate 10 USD/ adult and 5 USD/ child (5- under 12 years old). Need to be order 1 day in advance.
…. TAXI to RESORT’s BEACH/ PUBLIC POOL: It takes about 5 minutes by taxi. We are happy to offer complimentary 1 round trip everyday for you. From 2nd trip, taxi fee is to your bill (just small amount).
…. BBQ: BBQ could be served at villa. Should you wish to reserve, please let me know to send you menu details.
…. STAFF ON SITE: We have staff working there from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM everyday.
…. DAILY CLEANING: Please let me know if you have any request about time to do villa cleaning.
…. BABY COT: Need to reserve in advance at 5 USD/babycot/night.
…. MINIBAR: Beer (can), Coke (can), Mineral Water (big bottle), Red Bull (can), Milk (box) and Instant Noodle (Plastic Cup) are available in fridge. Please check price in information stand.
…. GARDEN: The villa is surrounded by garden. The resort management has spraying schedule for pest control. However, for kind of tropical climate in Da Nang, you sometimes see mosquitos/ small pest from the surrounding green areas. We suggest to keep windows/ doors closed in the evening to avoid it all.
…. SAFETY: Security guard is available 24/7. No outside guests allowed for overnight stays.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Da Nang villa is smoke free.
