The front desk Lani and Nelly are very hospitable, efficient, friendly, very helpful, nice, and their professionalism is extremely excellent. I will stay there again. As sorry breakfast, Hung and Pink are also very friendly, very accommodating and welcoming. Housekeeping changes everything in your room on a daily basis. Overall , satisfaction and definitely recommend. No negative comments.

From the time that you check in...the hotel staff goes to work making sure that everything is to your liking. They will check on you daliy and you feel pampered beyond belief. The rooms were safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was near food, stores, coffee, shopping, and the beach. The breakfast buffet was perfect with so many food selections. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to guarantee that your stay was the best experience it could be. Great recommendations on food, shopping, tours, and anything else you need. Again, they will make you feel like royalty. P.S. Dear Ruby Star management don't ever let Lani and Gnart leave...they are Awesome!! Please give them a pay raise :)

We would like to extend our appreciation to all the staff of Ruby Star Hotel. We stayed for 6 days and the staff were truly amazing. Everyday, they would clean our rooms, provide us with water, and help us with information we need, The hotel is close to the beach, lots of shopping and food. We had a few issues with the room including noisy AC, shower leaking everywhere, safe and fridge didnt work (both were both fixed when asked). The amenities arent the greatest, but service was good. The breakfast buffet is not great either.

It was very close to the beach. The grocery store was downstairs with restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, as were the cooks and servers. The reception staff Gnart, David, Lani, Nelly and others, were friendly and helpful and very professional. We would stay again.

Very nice hotel for the price, great location, 5 minutes walk to the Beach. The Staff was so helpful and professional, bed was a little hard and due to no door or curtain in the shower water escaped throughout the bathroom..

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. Very attentive to our needs. Greeted us with a smile and umbrella (lots of rain) when entering or exiting for transfers. I would recommend this hotel!
