The cleaning of the room was none existent, they come in and change the towels. I stayed 6 days not once was the room vacuumed or sweep, there are stains all over. The staff try very hard to be helpful but some needs to monitor cleaning. The hotel is older but you can see was once very nice room layout idea and size are very good, maintenance and cleaning.

I have travelled extensively for years and the reception staff at this hotel are probably the best I have ever seen!! SO gracious with excellent , genuine caring service . The chambermaids took care of me whenever I needed it . The Hotel’s location is a two minute walk from the beach . All the streets & alleys in and around the area are vibrant and have everything you need from numerous dining options , street food , luxurious spa next-door,and Pharmacy… it’s not a question of if I return, but when. 10/10 stay

Room was super clean though ot did smell slightly mildewy. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and helpful. Amenities were great as well...we will definitely be coming back for a stay.
It was a deluxe two double beds room; not a lot of space, but we only needed beds to sleep. It was very clean and in good shape. Could use matress toppers as the beds were not super comfy, but tolerable for the price. :) We were happy.
The bathroom was great and super clean. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff were very nice. The location was good. The room needs a complete renovation. Bottoms of door jambs have been destroyed by termites, The walls are stained and peeling. Bed is too large.

Room was a little dusty the first night until the next day they cleaned seemed to be lots of bed bugs. Maybe room was unused for a while. Note, can be a noisy area in the late evening but close to the beach. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The rooms were not the same as the photos shown on the website, which was really disappointing. The toilet looked old and rotted, and the overall place felt quite spooky and poorly maintained. It was also very noisy at night because other establishments nearby were loud, and the sound carried straight into our room, making it hard to rest. The only positive thing about our stay was the staff — they were very nice, polite, and helpful. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy of their online photos.

The first room they put us in was mouldy and musty, and not very clean either. They did upgrade us to a far far superior room if I had been reading them based on the second room, it would be a five star review. Unfortunately, that was not my initial experience so I’m rating it based on any travellers potential travel scenario. They need to clean this place up, do some painting and maintenance and improve the ventilation on those inside rooms. To be honest, even in the better suite we had to clean some mould which involved purchasing vinegar. Not something I wanna do on my vacation.
