I had a great stay at Royal Family hotel. Professional and courteous staff and the location is one of the best in Da Nang. The only unfortunate thing however, was that the shower hot water worked inconsistently. Several times during my stay, there was just no hot water for whatever reason, so I had to take a cold shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located by the beach and on a main road. That does mean it’s quite loud. Some days my shower had a hard time getting hot. Still warm, just not hot. The wifi is very weak, so just ensure you have a good 5G data plan. Overall good stay!

Booked 2 rooms, mouldy reeked of damp, horrendous. Were offered alternatives which were equally as unpleasant. Left and found a wonderful boutique hotel ten minutes away We were refunded the cost for the remaining nights minus the Expedia fees, we went back the next morning and were given it in cash

Great place to stay while in Da Nang. Five minute walk to the beach. Many local restaurants and bars within 5-10 walking range. Very clean and well kept. Exceptional costumer service in all areas. Reception desk, bar/kitchen staff, house keeping, bell boys. I was always greeted with a warm, friendly smile. Kitchen supervisor and reception staff went out of there way to provide a great experience for my 8 night stay in Da Nang. I would stay again as well as recommend to friends and family!

Wonderful stay

We didn't expect the hotel to be so good. Firstly, The staff were absolutely friendly, and took care of our 2 year old daughter when we are having breakfast or busy with other things. Service was top-notch. They even had adapters and extension board! Secondly, I strongly recommend to all families travelling with kids their family connecting room. There are two connecting rooms with one door inbetween. We had so much more freedom after putting our daughter to sleep and relaxed in the other room. Btw, The hotel room looked way better than the pictures. It looks quite old with bad lighting, but in relaity, it has good light in thr day and the room is quite new.

Nice hotel close to the beach. The staff was super nice and attentative. Room was nice with wide selection of channels, only negative note was one morning I told them I didn't need service, I just needed 2 more waters, but they never came. In fairness, they didn't speak any English. So I think that was more user error on my part.

not bad a hotel

Royal Family Hotel is off the beaten track but is close to the beach, which I liked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a driver to pick and drop you off. He drove us to Hoi An and took us to a couple of sightseeing places along the way at no extra cost. My only complaint is that the elevator did not go up to the 12th floor; we had to get off on 11 and lug our luggage up a flight of stairs, and then down again when we checked out.

Royal Family is an ok hotel. Danang is a big city and the hotel is near the beach but not necessarily near anything else. It seems brand new and everything seems new but the decor and furniture is minimal. I didn't like that they kept my passport at their front desk during my stay.

部屋のカビ臭がひどく、浴室ドアの裏面がカビびっしり。シャワー室床がぬるぬる。シャワー、冷蔵庫が壊れて全く使えない。窓の鍵が壊れており窓があいたままで蚊が入ってくるし、車のクラクションの音が耳横でなっているくらい聞こえ眠れません。タオルも真っ黒、ボロボロで黄色シミだらけ。冷蔵庫修理がくるが改善せず。次の日の朝8時半にまた修理にこられ大変迷惑でした。今まで泊まった宿の中で最下位です。返金して欲しいです。
