Great city views

Great couple of nights stay. Central for almost all attractions. Good range of food and drink in the bar. Pool area small but perfectly formed. Room was very well appointed with modern shower room and kitchenette kitted out with basic crockery and utensils. Great views of city also

Great location few minutes from city center and beach. Got rooftop pool but I didn't had a chance to use it at all 😁 Execellent customer service. Accommodating and approachable staffs.

Worst place I have stayed in Vietnam, avoid! The staff were so rude and less than useless and unhelpful. They were also asleep on the sofa when we were trying to check out in the morning. Housekeeping would have been better if it wasn’t done at all. Left without towels after a long day and had to wait ages after asking to get some which they also never apologised for. Nobody seemed to care in this place and as for the breakfast, even though we had paid for it we still ate elsewhere as pastries seemed to have been placed out the night before and options were extremely limited.

Great place!

We stayed in a suite and it was wonderful. The room was very large and had a nice design. The bed was large and comfortable. Multiple windows let in a lot of light with good views. The cafe in the lobby was charming and had good coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Ended up extending my time here. The staff here including the two security guards were so nice and helpful. Always had smiles on and would offered me refreshments whenever I sat in the cafe. The hotel is right next to a mini mart that offers a lot of western items. Very convenient. Only downside is they had one working elevator at the time so sometimes there was a bit of a wait. No complaints about room, very modern and clean.

I stayed in the dormitory on third floor and it was excellent. The facilities and ground floor cafe were wonderful. The staff throughout the hotel were so helpful and will ensure your stay is very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Nice affordable studio

Hotel has a funky entrance and coffee shop located in it. Friendly doorman who always greeted us with a smile and a wave. Convenient location to the markets and dining options. Need to get a car/ grab to explore other things like marble Mountain etc. Hotel studio was spacious, good facilities in the room (microwave, cooker, crockery) which enabled us to buy breakfast foods and have them in the room. Bed was hard (seems to be a thing in Vietnam). Pillows very unsuppotive.

This hotel is conveniently located around eateries and stores. booking grab rides is easy. The staffs service are warming. I once left my HP in a grab ride and the reception did her best to contact the driver and company to retrieve it. Thanks.

I enjoyed my time at the Seahorse hostel/hotel. The dormitory was nice. I enjoyed having 4 people to a room rather than 6 . It felt clean and everyone was respectful. The staff were very nice and always happy to help! There were some hiccups… the showers never drained so the water would go everywhere. The women’s bathroom shower head was kind of broken. There are no soap in the washrooms to wash hands. The rooms were nice but if your on the top bunk the beds are like a sauna. I had to sleep with the curtains open because it was so hot. The beds are the comfiest but better than Sujet hostels. Over all did enjoy my time here!

I enjoyed my stay at this Seahorse hotel in Da Nang very much. Nini and Hanniee at the reception desk were very nice and helpful with booking tours of various kinds for me. The hotel, though not beachfront, is a short Grab ride away from My beach. It is however located right in the center of multiple restaurants, street vendors, massage spas and other shops, so very convenient.

This hostel/hotel is great! It’s so beautiful and makes you feel so bougie. You walk in to check in and they greet you with ice cold juice. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I stayed in the dorms and lucked out with 4 bed dorm and it’s clean and organized. However the beds are little hard and as soon as you close the curtains at night it is so hot. I was on the top bunk and I had to leave the curtains open at night because i was cooking. But other than that the room is nice. (Just wish they had a fan in the dorm beds). The pool is nice, the breakfast is so good and they sometimes offer free cooking classes which are so much fun! I would recommend this hostel to anyone.
