The staff repeatedly went above and beyond throughout our whole stay. Such a fabulous hotel and perfect distance from the old town- easy bicycle in but away from the chaos.The reception area is nice and open, all the time, with places to sit and relax, giving it an almost villa-feel.

The hotel is within bicycle distance to the old town of Hoi An. I was worried I was given the room next to the lobby and fear that I would be noisy. To my surprise once i locked my door, I could not hear anything outside.

Excellent location just far enough from the centre to make sure noise was not an issue but close enough to be able to walk everywhere. Motorbike available to rent right inside for longer journeys and exploring the countryside.

I went to the association to eat many times but only in the central commune. Now I have the opportunity to stay close to the center. Only five minutes walk to the old town and night market. Sorry only here for one night. Friendly staff, Ngoc and Van are very enthusiastic.

The most impressive thing about this hotel are the staff who just could not be more welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were traveling with an elderly relative and she felt very cared for and spoilt by all the staff.Thanks go to Lan and the rest of the team - kitchen, reception, porters etc.
