The Space:
Northern Grampians Sanctuary by Tiny Away is located in the town of Dadswell Bridge, located along the Western Highway, Wimmera Region. Nestled on a flat clear area surrounded by native bushlands and stunning views facing Mount Williams Creek.
A cozy 157-square tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette and cooking tools including cutlery, a portable electric cooler fridge, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an unfenced dam and creek on the property, children must be closely supervised by an adult and adhere to this policy for their own safety.
If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses, “Northern Grampians Hideaway and Northern Grampians Getaway”, available with just 24 hours' notice, providing even more cozy holiday options for your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the whole 100-acre property.

Northern Grampians Sanctuary by Tiny Away, nestled in Dadswell Bridge in the heart of the Wimmera region, is your perfect gateway to explore native wildlife, stunning hikes, serene lakes, and must-see spots like the Grampians, MacKenzie Falls, the Giant Koala, Halls Gap Zoo, and great local stops including Namaskaar Indian Restaurant and Beehive Falls.

Other Things to Note:
- Gas BBQ grill
- Mobile reception is good for all networks
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed; except in designated areas
- Outdoor fire pits are allowed, except total fire bans
- Campfires/BBQs are permitted with firewood provided
- Given that there is an unfenced dam and creek, children must be under close adult supervision
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed with 24 hrs prior notice, and must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking.

- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
