The raised ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (140 cm), and fiber optic internet access. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190 cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). A shower room and separate WC are also included. Heating is provided by electric radiators and a fireplace with an insert.

The windows are fitted with mosquito nets for easy ventilation. The property features a 1500 m² unfenced, shaded garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. A children's playhouse is shared between the two cottages.
