Schreckliche Unterkunft

- Alter/Schimmeliger Geruch im Schlafzimmer! (Schimmel hinter einem Stuhl an der Wand - Wand wirkt generell sehr feucht) - Andere Bewertungen wiesen auch schon vemehrt auf den Schimmel hin! - Rieselgeräusche in der Wand! (Was auch immer sich dahinter verbergen mag?) - Türen alle nicht schließbar und wirken extrem alt. - Extrem Hellhörig (Man bekommt wirklich alles von oben mit.) - Duschtür lässt sich nicht ordnungsgemäß schließen. - Stock- & Schimmelflecken sowie Spannungsrisse im Badezimmer. - Tote Insekten in der Deckenleuchte (Badezimmer) - Defekter Kühlschrank, respektive Gefriefach. (Kühlschrank mit Wasser getränkt.) - Kein lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. (Angeblich war laut Reinigungsteam alles in Ordnung - wohl kaum) - Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. (Türen, Wände verschmiert, Geräte defekt) - Urlaub musste wegen des desaströsen Zustand der Unterkunft abgebrochen werden. Fazit: Keine Empfehlung. Diese Wohnung als Ferienwohnung anzubieten ist schon extrem dreist.

Doppelbuchung

Bei der Ankunft haben wir festgestellt dass unsere gebuchten Wohnung bereits belegt war. Es gab eine doppelbuchung. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde uns eine andere Wohnung 12 km weiter zugewiesen, die uns überhaupt nicht zugesagt hat. Es hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Wir sind 1 Tag früher abgereist.

Nettes Appartment

Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr dunkel. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht, von Spülmaschine bis Waschmaschine. Im Schlafzimmer war leider kein Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer hat ein Bad und eine Dusche. Gut für ein paar Tage Eifel

Schönes Ort, Wohnung nicht sauber / Sache sind Kaputt / Kleines Bett.

Schmidtheim ist ein kleines und ruhig schön Ort. Gute Backerei und Pizzaria um die Ecke. Aber die Wohnung war nicht sauber and da war Sache kaputt. Email geschickt mit Bilder aber kein Antwort bekommen. Auch ein sehr klein Bett (max 140cm). Ich soll diese Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.
