The accommodation is ideal for hikers—the EifelBahnSteig trail starts right outside the door—as well as for motorcyclists wanting to explore the winding roads of the Eifel. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous excursion destinations such as the Eifel National Park, Kronenburger See, the historic castle village of Kronenburg, the Barefoot and Generations Park Schmidtheim, and the Kyll cycle path. Supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, dentist, weekly market, and two restaurants are also nearby.
