Located on unique Etowah River frontage, this spacious cabin enjoys year-round water sounds and views on three sides in an unbeatable location. Our home, called The River House Arts, is minutes from wineries, waterfalls, and charming downtown Dahlonega in a private, gated 5-acre property filled with wildlife. Relax, paddle, fish, or name your own adventure with family and friends here. Five art-filled suites ensure everyone has a place to unwind.

The River House Arts main cabin is ready for your family and friends to experience peace on this unique 5-acre property on the bend of the Etowah River. Three sides of the cabin border the rushing river. An additional riverside 1-bedroom apartment is included. And, a creative studio on the property is also available to rent. The property is also available for micro weddings, corporate retreats, and other gathering with prior approval and additional fees.

The warm entry opens up to the vaulted ceilings of the living room. Enjoy the gas fireplace in chilly weather, or open up the full-wall accordion doors onto the screen porch in warmer weather.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a SubZero refrigerator, refrigerator drawers, three Thermador ovens, and a 6-burner gas range. The large island and serving buffet make serving and entertaining easy. A marble dining table and artist-made chairs seat 8. Additional seating is available at the bar and screen porch dining area. A kitchen vegetable garden grows right outside the kitchen door.

The loft sitting space is located on the second-floor landing, overlooking the river and living room below.

The open-air game room in the basement garage has a ping-pong table, pool table, 4-person arcade, TV, chess/checkers, and a lounge area.

The Bedrooms:

The River Suite is located on the main floor with a private bathroom and king bed. The suite opens to the screen porch, hot tub, and bend of the Etowah River.

The Garden Suite is located on the main floor with a private bathroom and king bed. The suite sits near the kitchen garden, with river views.

The Flora Suite is located on the second floor with a private bathroom and king bed. The suite features a hand-painted mural and river views.

The Fauna Suite is located on the second floor with a private bathroom, two queen canopy beds, and river views.

The Forest Suite is located on the second floor with a private bathroom, two queen beds, and river views.

The one-bedroom apartment, which we call the loft, is located a short walk from the main cabin. It is located above our creative studio and includes a full kitchen, living area, bathroom, and washer & dryer. The upper deck overlooks the rushing Etowah River. There is also a large riverside deck next to the loft through the woods.
