Die Lage der Wohnung direkt mit Ostseeblick und fußläufig zur Promenade ist großartig. In der Wohnung gab es nichts was wir vermisst haben, ausser vielleicht eine weitere Lichtquelle zusätzlich zu den Deckenleuchtern, z.B. eine Stehleuchte an der Couch für abends. Insgesamt ist es eine gemütliche Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen und dank guter Betten auch erholt schlafen kann.

Auch findet man Dinge, die man nicht erwartet, wie Seife, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenrolle usw. Ich habe bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gemütlich. Der Seeblick ist einfach toll. In der Ausstattung der Küche fehlen mir ein paar Dinge. Die große Garage, in der wir Fahrradträger und Fahrräder unterbringen konnten, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Tor zu öffnen ist eine Herausforderung, es klemmt. Auch den Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört, haben wir gerne genutzt. Das kleine Badezimmer und das enge Schlafzimmer, was von einigen Gästen negativ bewertet wurde, war für uns kein Problem. Die Betreuung durch die Ferienhausvermittlung und Frau Grabe waren super!!!! Wir kommen wieder, haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Hausdame! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Eine kleine Anmerkung, das vielleicht ein zusätzlicher, größerer Spiegel im Flurbereich angebracht werden könnte, wäre schön. Es gibt nur den im Bad. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Ansonsten natürlich eine tolle Aussicht aufs Wasser. Wir können die Wohnung und natürlich die tolle Betreuung durch das Vermietungsbüro Krebs auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wohnung kleiner als erwartet

Im Inserat ist von 55 Quadratmetern die Rede. Auf unsere Nachfrage beim Vermittlungsbüro wurde uns gesagt, dass der Balkon eingerechnet sei. Ob das so korrekt ist oder nicht, sei mal dahingestellt. Faktisch ist die Wohnung sehr eng. Insbesondere Schlafzimmer und Flur. Wir waren nur zu zweit, von einer Belegung mit 4 Personen können wir nur abraten.
