Located in Mermoz one of the best areas in Dakar. Very peaceful, walking distance from supermarkets and stores. Very spacious and clean. Lots of good restaurants around. Parking on the street. This apartment has a sofabed for an extra person. A equipped kitchen, cable TV and WiFi included . Air condition, hot water, smoke/carbon monoxide detector in all apartments. Fire distinguisher on each floor. Security guard and cameras on premises. Lounge, BBQ grill and Laundry room on the rooftop.

This studio has a sofabed in the living room for a 3rd person. A separate dining room., a big balcony. Kitchen has a fridge, a stove, pots, microwave, coffee machine, a kettle, rice cooker, plates and other kitchen utensils. Linen and towels will be provided.
