The fantastic panoramic views extend to Screel Hill and Bengairn, over the National Trust bird reserve of Rough Island, Hestan Island and the open sea. Fully double glazed, with electric central heating and a log burner, this detached bungalow is bright yet cosy whatever the season.

The comfortable open plan living area benefits from an additional sitting room, ensuring there is always a quiet spot to enjoy. A deck with picnic table in the rear garden is a secluded haven to watch the dramatic sunsets or to indulge in an al fresco meal prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The lawned garden affords plenty of space for dogs and children, whilst the garage offers secure storage for canoes or bikes. This home makes a fantastic base for a family holiday, or for friends to relax in.
Celebrated for its sandy bathing beach, fascinating rock pools and beautiful outlook, Rockcliffe is set within a superb section of the Solway Coast. Walks extend to picturesque Kippford, and along the coast path to the vast beach at Sandyhills. There are opportunities for gliding, birding, golf, sailing, biking, and forest trails nearby, whilst further afield offers historic castles, abbeys, houses and gardens.
Local amenities include a shop and seasonal cafe at Colvend, 2 minutes away by car, and a seasonal shop/cafe at Sandyhills, as well as a range of shops, cafe and pubs in Kippford, mobile post office at Colvend and mobile library.
