Close to Holiday World, Candy Castle, Christmas Store, Santa`s Toys, DG, grocery, restaurants, walking/bike trails.
Neighboring housing is available for additional friends and family. Listed under Reindeer Crossing (Prancer-Blue, Rudolph-Red, and Dasher-Orange).

Games stored in the unit to help entertain the family outside of Holiday World, such as board games, hillbilly golf, cornhole.

We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide a starter pack on shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, single serve coffee, creamer, ketchup and mustard for your convenience.

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.

Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
