No parties or events. You will be forced to leave immediately for violating and a $500 fine will occur. Over-occupancy fines will occur.
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. Please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed.
Pets are not allowed—$ 300 fine for violation with each unauthorized animal. Service animals are welcome upon letting the host know.

The house is perfect for a family with different options for living spaces. The outdoor living area was my favorite spot to relax alone from the rest of the group or with all of us sitting around the table laughing, talking or watching the others play pickleball.
