Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave.

The Space:
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; ~$125/month).

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.

I was really disappointed with this stay. I paid well in advance for early check-in and even got a message confirming my payment, but no one ever followed up. I had to reach out myself a month later—just two days before my trip—only to be told my payment was on hold. If I’d known early check-in wasn’t guaranteed, I wouldn’t have booked here.The place was clean, but it definitely felt worn down. The walls were scuffed, and you can tell it hasn’t been kept up. It really seemed like the owners don’t take much pride in the property and are just trying to make money off it. We only had two bath towels for three people on a two-night stay, there was no soap in one of the bathrooms, and we couldn’t find the iron (just the ironing board).Overall, not worth the price or the frustration.

the location is great. however, there were a lot of things wrong with the apartment. first, check in was excruciatingly difficult. I had to fill out their verification form twice because "they didn't receive it the first time" - this includes having to upload your ID and take a selfie and list out the names & emails of all guests staying. otherwise, you will not get check in codes/instructions. I did not even get a reminder to do this until I reached out the morning of check in.The apartment itself was not clean. We found NAIL CLIPPINGS and beard trimmings on the bathroom sink but worst of all, one of the toilets did not have a toilet seat!! I contacted the host immediately and they said they would look into it. after a day, they asked me if they could send a repairman. I promptly responded of course. No one came. Ever. we all had to use the bathroom in the primary bedroom which was awkward.The apartment was very poorly stocked (no handsoap) and when I asked if we could check in only one hour later to put my 5 month old down for a nap, they couldn't accomodate it because "the cleaning team was there" who did not do a good job at all.
