Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes (fee for unwashed dishes) Check Patio and Porch for food and trash (there will be a fee for trash left behind)
If staying on a Friday , roll outdoor trash bin to curb before 7am on Friday morning. Return trash bin to it's place by 8pm Saturday evening.
Place used towels inside of washing machine and leave lid open Place used bedding on laundry room floor , smaller bedding may be placed inside of hamper
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was good overall. The place was clean and well decorated. The owner/manager responded quickly if there were any issues. Only issues were the flooring was coming unglued in a few areas and a mouse was in the home.Once Maggie found out she was right on getting the issue corrected.

We had a lovely stay here. The house was very clean. The Front was fenced of wich made us feel better about the neighborhood. They provided everything we needed for our weekend stay.
