Parking in front of the building isn’t guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules. Complexes are built to accommodate one visitor per unit. Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest`s expectation before, during and after they leave.

The complex is regularly patrolled by an active on-site security guard to enhance safety and provide added peace of mind.

A flat $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for approved pets.

Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

UNDECLARED PETS: $200 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

Host Rules:

Space is limited to 6 people max, 3 bedrooms with 3 beds.

PLEASE park at your convenience, anywhere inside the complex.

Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!

Sink / Drain Policy:
To avoid plumbing issues, please do not place food, grease, wipes, paper towels, or other clog-causing items down the sink or drain. If the apartment complex provides documentation confirming a clog occurred during your stay due to guest misuse, a $25 maintenance fee will be applied.

NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED! We have Minut noise detectors in every unit and can monitor the noise level at all times and detect smoke at all times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. We will reach out if the decibel level exceeds our threshold and will cancel reservation and evict if noise persists.

$400 fee if found in violation of party or smoking policy.

Excessive Cleaning Fee: $200 will be charged for any excessive cleaning required.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to use amplified sound equipment that produces sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Lost and Found Policy: Please note that a $50 service fee will be applied for the return of any lost items, whether the item is picked up or delivered. This fee compensates for the time and effort required to coordinate the return, which would otherwise be dedicated to our team’s regular tasks.

Undeclared Pets: Guests must declare all pets on their reservation count before check-in. If evidence of an undeclared pet is found, a $200 fee will be charged.

Undeclared Guests: For the comfort and security of all guests, only those included in the reservation are allowed on the property. A penalty of $50 per unapproved guest, per night will apply if we find evidence of undeclared guests during your stay. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking or message us to update it prior to check-in.

All additional visitors or guests must be approved by us. Any violations will result in a fine, and any liability or damages caused by them will be charged to the guest who made the reservation. We are not responsible for their actions.

*Leaks: No wrecked vehicle or cars leaking fluids.

*Tow Away Zones: Parking in red park zones / tow away zones.

*Handicap: Parking in handicap w/o or expired placard.

*Trailers: No utility trailers.

*Commercial: No parking of 18-wheeler or tractor trailers.
