Shortly after arrival attempted to prepare the kitchen for dinner prep. Upon running water in the sink discovered large leak in plumbing which flooded the under- sink cabinet and kitchen floor. Contacted property manager. Send video. Unable to cook dinner so ordered in. Manager dispatched handyman. Plumbing allegedly repaired. Ran dishwasher. Flooding occurred again. Next day, flooding occurred with normal sink use in kitchen. Sent another message to property management. Never received response. Spent the rest of the stay handwashing dishes and mopping up water with towels from the bathrooms.Range top gas burners would not operate without all igniters constantly sparking and clicking at once. Finally got one burner to operate without clicking, but it would only operate on high, making proper range-top cooking nearly untenable.Also, fitted sheet in the master bedroom was too small. Every night it pulled off the mattress and bunched up under us causing uncomfortable sleep on bare mattress.

The most professional VRBO ever. They should give classes on short term rentals! Coffee pot pictures, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, creamer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, smart tvs, AND MORE! This was expert level for sure!!!
