Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This condo was unclean and unkept. Floors were dusty, bathrooms had urine stains, fridge was filthy, sheets were dirty, someone else's laundry was in the washer and dryer. Pool was dirty. Management offered to clean the room the following day but did not offer cleaner place to stay for the first night. That led us to book elsewhere. They refused to refund or compensate. There is no quality control and no accountability. My advice is too stay away.
