Passable for the price
Highlights were the price, the location, being central downtown Dallas, and the fast communication with the owner. Check in process was a little inconvenient as you have to pick up and drop off the keys at a different location than the property, however it is walkable (5 min walk). The property itself is a modern apt inside of an older building with some character. The building itself smelled kind of funky, countered with the smell of the actual apartment which smelled like someone had smoked in it recently. The apartment is completely open with the only door between rooms being the bathroom door. Bed was comfortable enough, shower was very nice with a mid level shower head that I thought was unique, however, I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries (body soap/wash was missing). The apartment seemed a little too empty for the amount of space that it offered. Bedroom and living room could use a few pieces to fill it out. All and all, for the reasonable price, I’d say it is a doable stay, but not sure I’d stay again.
