- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This apartment also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
