★ Vehicle Restrictions for Valet Garage
☀ Vehicles with breathalyzers, unsafe or improvised controls, or faulty brakes are not permitted
☀ Large vehicles, including sprinter vans, extended vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or any vehicle taller than 6`8`, are prohibited
☀ Dually or service trucks with wide wheels, external storage lockers, or containers are not allowed
☀ Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized rims/tires are prohibited
☀ Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-type controls are not permitted

- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
