She said to request a refund and there’s not a room available besides I booked a king and the booking says two beds. I’m unable to change the booking or request a refund of the points it used to get another room elsewhere! The last time I booked with hotels.com the hotel motel66 charged me 3 times once by hotels.com and twice by motel6 I only stayed one night

Let me start by saying I was in 3 different rooms before I had to settle for a halfass unclean torture chamber of a room. I thought I was going to be there alone; however, I was quickly greeted by the infestation of roaches

I went to the front desk and asked for new linen less then 3 minutes of checking in the manager started yelling accusing me of messing up the linen we got into an argument so I decided not to stay .
