It was not great at all. The room looks nothing like the pictures on the website. They gave us the wrong room at the beginning we had to switch we didn’t get our rooms cleaned and fresh towels, and toilet paper till the third day! The door was crooked on the door frame and had a 1/2 gap which let in all the noise from people in the hallway! It was the worst!!

Our room was ready for a very early check-in—for a fee; however, having arrived from a very early flight departure, the cost was worth it for us, and also came with the last few minutes if the breakfast bar. The king junior suite is spacious with a nice bed and quality bath products. Friendly and helpful staff.

The beds are super hard, couldn't get comfortable. What really disappointed me was the fact that by the time we got to the hotel late at night there was no parking and there were 2 white vans taking up 2 spaces each and one of them belonged to the hotel. When we brought it up to the staff at the front desk he said he couldn't do anything, so what are we supposed to do at that point, it made me really mad.

Everything was great about our stay except the pillows. they were absolutely terrible. We had a King room and there were 4 tiny square shaped pillows that were aweful and lumpy. if you stay here, I recommend bringing your own pillows.

The overall experience was less than desirable. Room was very noisy due to highway noise, bed was very uncomfortable, no water pressure, provided breakfast was very very unapalletable. Parking was overcrowded and I was worried my vehicle would be broken into because of the parking location left. All this made the whole thing overpriced. I will not go back.

The stay was good up until I had to switch rooms. The new room i was placed in had bed bugs, I took pics told front deck they came up to verify and saw the begs herself, I got placed in other room. 😞
