Hi i hope my message reach top managment.I have more than 30 years experience in customers relation and i traine employee how to deal with customers.Your hotel is very clean and tidy women who work in service room are honest and dedicated to their work.
Tania : the super elegant recepcionist always smily and ready to help from the buttom of her heart nice and kind lady .
Mukesh patel: A friendly guy smily as usual with wink of an eye can solve any problem.
Gabriel: A super wonderful men so dedicated to his work ready to help anyone no matter race religion .I remeber him coming from his home walking more than 45 mnt under the hot sun insist to take me by bus shuttle to my destination God bless you Gabriel.
One employee disapointed me is Laxmi rude never smile when i ask her to use bus shuttle to go to Cr Smith museum she refused claim that this destination is more than 3 miles.I show her it is 1.8 miles.After i used the bus shuttle i call her in order the bus driver return me she claim that he is out of the hotel and he will me late,so i took ubber and return immediately to the hotel i found him at the hotel. And also i want to go to walmart she refused t o
used the bus shuttle and ask me to use ubber.Pls to gain more customer and customers write a good review teach her to be honest nice and specialy don't lie to the customers they are not stupid.
I suggest to put a sign in your hotel writing the customers is always right and a small box for customers complaints.
