The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but they weren't bad. I had to go down and get a plunger for a toilet we hadn't used yet. The front desk offered to move us to another room or provide a plunger, but I had already unpacked, so I just got the plunger. I do feel they should have sent someone to do it. The noise level was not wonderful as you could hear a lot outside, but it was ok. The beds were a bit too hard for me. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great!! The waffles were good, but the sausage tasted funny. They didn't have many options whatsoever.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly and efficient and the breakfaat is one of the best I've encountered. Rooms are large and comfortable with everything you need for a short or extended stay.

The room was very clean. At the date of our staying was little cool weather, but Heater works good! The Stuff are very nice and very helpful of anything...like places recommendations and others, mostly we spoke to Mr.Carlos hi is the best!!! And there is no problem with the parking! Nice place a lot of restaurants and shopping centers close by.

Our room had a musty smell and we found Cockroaches in the bathroom coming out of the drain in the shower. Our room was never cleaned by house keeping and we had to ask for more clean towels to use for the week stay.
