Fridge did not work. They swopped it out on third day. Keurig only worked if you kept pushing it down with your hand while it was brewing. When we arrived there was a dried-up cockroach in the tub…obviously been there for a while. If you walk around the room on the carpet bare feet, your feet get pitch black. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

As you first walk into the room, the room smells so musky your eyes burn. Then we looked in the tub, and there was hair all in the tub the air conditioner didn’t work. The microwave was filthy. I would never recommend best Western to anyone. I have been all over and they have stayed at many hotels here the past few months. This is the first best Western and it will be the last best Western. If I were y’all, I will always check into quality Inn or anything by Wyndham Before I ever use best Western.

Don't start here if you want to SLEEP!

25 yards from my room to the interstate service rd. Bring ear plugs if you plan on staying. I won't ever again.
Another car racing by at 25 yards. Night and day, 24 hrs, hot rods, 18 wheelers, cars racing.
Side window right next to the bed. Cars, trucks, bikes racing to merge into I-30. Bring ear plugs.
Intestate 30 is about 75 yards away from our room, the service road only 25 yards. Non stop traffic, not to mention the train about half a mile. But the trucks and hot rods were the problem.

The property is old and did not feel safe. The alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to stay out of the hotel for over 2 hours in the rain. I know no one has control over this but the hotel building/property needs more cleanliness and lots of upgardes. Even the non-smoking areas smell like heavy smoke. Do not recommend this poroperty at all.
