No breakfast option, they couldn’t fix the coffee filter on their coffee machine so NO coffee either! Their shuttle service only has a capacity for 10 people per trip and every 1hr so we ended up calling uber because the time we needit was full already, they couldn’t help with that either:/

Airport shuttle took 1hr and 3 phone calls to pick us up from airport, and they lied and said it was on the way each time when it’s less than a 10min ride. Disappointing if you’re tired from travel. The place is ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

Not real happy about the FREE SHUTTLE IN AM. Said they only take 10 at time. There was already 8 booked. I have 3 in my party. Said I may have too uber. But too check again in AM.

I liked the price and that’s about it. The hand towels were not clean at all. They were crusty and had yellow stains on them. Maid must of picked them up and re hung them. All the towels were like that. It was pretty disgusting. I needed a 0630 shuttle to the airport but they told me shuttle was full and I could not reserve it anymore so I had to pay for an UBER.

Shuttle service is basically non existent. Had to take a taxi from airport 38.00 Had to wait for shuttle, which wasn’t from hotel, but from somewhere else. Shouldn’t be advertising there is a shuttle service
