Home Away From Home, Possibly Better

Karan, the front desk person I spoke with, was joyful, polite, patient, even empathetic when I told him how my flight had been canceled so I needed a place to stay. He is very friendly and personable. The shuttle driver was also nice. The suite was like a mini home away from home and very comfortable. Microwave, coffee-maker, full-size refrigerator, iron and ironing board; the works; comfortable bed, super clean, just very nice. There were tons upon tons of sports stations on the TV, even a cowboys station, which I had not heard of before. I had a great experience. Thank you.

Perfect stay! My husband and I last minute booked due to a delay that happened with snow in Minnesota, so we were stuck in Texas for a day once we made it but had to miss our connecting flight. Room was perfect size for us! Very clean and amazing staff! It’s in a quiet area with no disturbances and they had a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and does drop off if you do not have a vehicle. It is a five minute drive away from the airport, but if you want to see the mall, other sight seeings, etc. it is a 15-30 min out drive. Which is okay, but expensive for constant uber. I’d stay here again the next time we get stuck in Texas or visit!

Kind of isolated, and by the airport but very quiet and comfortable. I travel for work so comfort and service is big for me. As well as a gamer, so if there is no HDMI options, I’m not a fan! After a long day at work, gaming is my therapy. Clean facility, very quiet, nice amenities and good coffee. Comfy beds, second time staying here, would recommend again, anytime I’m in Irving

My room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable, and check in was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem rarely found in U. S. hotels: my room had no hot water. When I informed the desk clerk, he politely explained that he was aware of the situation and expected it to be fixed shortly, but there was no apology and certainly no offer of even a partial refund. This place could be a five star value if you’re lucky, but you’re rolling the dice.

This hotel is great, and I would definitely stay here again. However, I did have an issue with checking in at midnight. Many flights were canceled, and several people were trying to check in at the same time. As a result, there was a long line, but only one staff member was available to assist. Additionally, the airport shuttle is quite small and has limited space. It would be beneficial if the hotel invested in a larger shuttle, like those offered by other hotels in the area.
