Canceled morning of booking

Booked the space. Paid for the space. Reached out to confirm getting into the property the night before since I hadn’t heard from him. He replies early morning day of reservation and he says he can’t host is the day of our reservation. It’s been 24 hours and I still don’t have my refund. Had to cancel my sons birthday trip. 100% don’t recommend. Unprofessional.
Stayed 1 night in Aug 2022
