Staff were friendly. Sheets were stained, floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, counter top in the restroom wasn’t cleaned and there was hair on the counter and shower. The wall by the toilet was dirty and stained. Our trash was never taken out. I had to leave it by my door outside and asked housekeeper to empty and add new bags. I had to request clean towels from the service desk.

Very gross. Pull out bed had stains all over it and they had no blankets and limited bedding for it. Floors all over the building were sticky and the hallway smelled like pot. They had VERY limited parking so we had to park in a gas station parking lot which seemed unsafe. They had listed that there were infant beds available, but only had one and it was in use. Basically we would have not stayed here if we would have arrived eariler. We had booked for 2 days but obviously cancelled the 2nd.

Great for the price

The stay was very good, way better than we expected for the price. The only catch is that the shower in the next room could be heard a bit loud in ours, tough we understand this has nothing to do with the service, but on how the building insulation was done.

This place is ghetto, lots of workers living in this hotel from week to week. Lots of questionable people walking all over at all hours, lots of Marijuana smoking . We will never stay again.

Hotel Review: A Disheartening Experience We booked this hotel through Expedia for a two-hour trip to Scottish Rite Hospital for our son, hoping for a hassle-free stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, the hotel did not match the photos online. We were greeted by individuals asking for help outside, and the inside was unclean, with visible mold and unpleasant odors. The check-in staff was dismissive, rolling her eyes during our interaction, which added to our discomfort. The lobby restroom was in an unacceptable state, with hair on the floor and a dirty diaper left behind. When we made our way to our room, the elevator and hallway were filled with smoke, making it difficult to breathe. Our six-year-old expressed distress, and our infant began to cough. We immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund, but the staff member laughed off our concerns and refused to contact a manager. Frustrated, we reached out to Expedia for assistance, only to find that the hotel claimed no manager was available to process our refund. This experience was deeply unsettling, and I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. A safe and clean environment is essential for families traveling with children.

Went to have a weekend getaway with my husband for our 9 year anniversary. We were super excited about this weekend we ended up leaving a day early! The bathtub leaked everytime you would flush the toilet it shot water up at you and you could see underneath our door from the hallway!!
