The 2-night stay was OK for most part except for the following issues: 1. The A/C was a bit noisy. 2. When I returned to my room on May 30, the carpet was wet by the window. Heavy storms had moved through area that day and water may have got in not sure how. 3. The thrash was not picked up and the beds were not made on the second day. I went and reported it to the Front desk, but he told me that the Housekeeping staff had already finished their shift. He proceeded to give me a trash bag and put everything in it and leave it outside the room and he would pick it up after the end of his shift. It was never picked up even when I was checking out on May 1. 4. The shower sliding door would never stay in place. You had to do a dance to hold that with one hand and take a shower to prevent water from the shower spraying ring out onto the bathroom floor. 5. The breakfast choices were standard, but food was not hot. The orange juice had run out on the second day I stayed there. They had good selection of Bigelow Tea bags. 6. The elevators had a lingering smell and needed a bit of cleaning. I will think twice before I stay her. The only advantage is that it is close to a lot of good dining options in Irving, TX.
