Staff was pleasant. The hotel is in rough shape with poor repairs along the halls. Water temp is mid but warm enough to work and smelled of mildew or dirt . Bed is soft however, cheap sheets and very hot comforter. Bath tile is stained around toilet (can only imagine) room wasn’t dirty but didn’t feel clean. The ac unit is original to the hotel and sounds like it. Wakes you up each activation. Breakfast was horrible but free so… So overall, it worked for what we needed. Quick stay to pick up our puppy and head home. Would be good for magic mtn trip and cheap way to stay mostly comfortable. We used these types as a young parents and it always worked. But don’t go if you want a couples stay in a nice place.

While I didn’t have breakfast I poked my head in and saw the usual things you expect. The room is large and spacious, the shower was a low step over which is perfectly fine. I stayed there for the game at AT&T and it was great they offered a shuttle (through a 3rd party).

I hate to be negative, so I'll lead with the cleaning staff was pleasant in every encounter, other than that, I have little positive to say about this place. The gym is a waste of space, everything is broken except the free weights, our room had wall damage in several places, the bathroom door handle was broken, their convenience store/nook had little to nothing available, literally empty fridges and empty shelves, each morning for their breakfast they were out of stock of something, no waffle mix, no covers for coffee cups, etc. Asked for a late checkout, the guy said 1pm is complimentary, or can pay for 2pm, "just ask the morning of he said". Asked the morning of, 1230pm was the latest available - can't do any later. During our stay, the elevator also broke, and we were on the 4th floor. Location-wise, it's kind of tucked back a little ways and wasn't as convenient as we thought it was going to be. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

Couple things were not the best. Asked for extra soap at front desk and told they did not have any. Something splashed behind couch from a previous guest and was not pleasant to see. Plate around shower knob was loose, and bathroom door stuck. Not the best of lighting in the room. We have stayed at another hotel chain many times with much more friendly staff and felt very welcome when checking in. This front desk person didn't even inform where and when breakfast was which typically is done at other places when checking in. Can't say as I would stay here again. Thank You
