I'm still let down by the management / ownership of this particular property.
I booked this hotel based on amenities mentioned on Expedia 3 weeks prior to my arrival for what included with the stay on Expedia … "shuttle service to the Gaylord Texan & back and surrounding areas within a 5 mile distance".
You've made updates to expedia NOW, but when I booked my reservations it was advertised and upon arrival it was stil advertised on Expedia that your property offered complimentary shuttle service to these certain locations. When I arrived and asked for the shuttle, you deny the service! Then after I bring it to your attention, you remove it from Expedia... It was and is the entire reason I selected your property. I could have and would have Chosen to Stay at the HAMPTON INN Property directly next door & only 20 STEPS for only a few dollars more, a clearly superior property and experience which includes the complemetary shuttle services aforementioned included in their nitely rates.
If you’re gonna NOT accept or change YOUR OWN policies then you’ve got to change it everywhere you advertise and accept responsibility for what you've advertised when it is asked for for those folks that based thier decision to select your property ask for it at their stay! IT IS the DEFINITION OF INTEGRITY
Not cool & disrespectful to deny people what they thought they bought based upon your own advertisments.
Say what you will do, then do what you say!
