The soaker tub was a nice surprise. Breakfast was as expected (waffles, cereal, etc). Room was quiet and confortable.

The room was a room. Duvet was torn with long dark hairs on it but that is almost expected at most hotels. So the room is “ok” to get the job of sleeping done. Bathroom was trashed. Tub jets all had hard water stains/residue; tub faucet was separated from the wall; the shower head was filthy from hard water and stuck in a single position aimed at the wall; the piece that pulls up to change from tub to shower allowed half the water to still go to the tub so there was almost no water pressure for the shower (still aimed at the wall); sink faucet was broken; bathroom door lamination was pealed and broken off. Staff could not have been better. Overall it was “ok.”

The toilet was not working and she came into the room and fixed it temporarily, however, the toilet wasn’t working like I told her from the beginning. She offered nothing for me having to flush by filing the ice bucket with water and dumping it into the toilet. I told her that also! No compassion, empathy…nothing!! I guess it did not matter how my stay was as long as she got that rate and my deposit!
