NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.

Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome. Pet fees range from $50-$200 based on the stay duration. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
As part of the guest responsibility, we ask that you are mindful of the electricity usage.We cover up to $250 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
We do not provide PINs for private accounts such as Roku, TV, etc.
