BEWARE SLUM LORD

This property is dark and had a black mold issue in the air vents and the bathroom window which the host tried to deny. Also, the is not as pictured because it is very dark(they must've used a spotlight for the pictures). It DOES NOT have central A/C but a window unit in the front window that you will not feel in the back bedroom area. This place was a huge disappointment so BEWARE!!!

Not a place to stay as a single female

This property is in the HOOD. The ower discounted the last review which is truthful. Some units are being rented as section 8 housing. It is in a high crime area. There are 5 registered sex offenders in the area and 3 within one block. It looks like an old hotel with multiple men smoking with their shirts off in the courtyard. The unit itself has new paint over old cabinets and tile. There was a heavy smoke smell which the ower and her assistant denied when they arrived and recorded the conversation which was very itimidating. I spent a total of 15 minutes in unit and the owner refused to give any refund for a one month stay. I did not feel safe and it was not worth my life to stay at this rental. Beware and do your research.
