The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the garage opener next to the welcome sign.
Put all trash bags in the alley by the gas meter. Do not put the trash can out. The city does not pick up trash cans.
Immediately notify the host of any damage to the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No parties! This is not a party house, it's for residential use only. Any violation in this regard will lead to lead to an immediate eviction.
Absolutely no smoking or pets on or around the property.
There is a front door Ring Camera, and a garage access camera. These are there for safety purposes. No other cameras are installed at the house.
