As soon as we entered the room we saw bedbugs. We checked out and they told there will be a full refund. We were not granted the refund yet.

Where to start…the room was humid and ac unit was barely working. When the unit was working it reeked of the smell of weed smell. The ac unit stopped working around 4 am. Which woke up almost everyone in the room. Not to mention the door wouldn’t lock properly. I did not bother trying the shower since my older brother found a live cockroach. The way they took the photos of the room made it look like the room was in bigger. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My brothers mattress had a cigarette burn on it. We reserved a non smoking room but, could smell both cigarette and weed coming from the room. Beds looked like queen on the website but, in person they were more likely a full size. I understand for the price why it was cheap but, why does it have to look and smell like it too. It kept giving vibes of a creeper hotel back home. I highly recommend NO females come here alone. Our door looked like it had bullet holes in it. The door barely had a lock if you would call it a lock. Luckily we all did not get shot at or had our room broken into and our car was still intact. I wouldn’t go to this place if I wanted a quickie either.

Room had burn holes in sheets from people smoking. Room also had roaches. Winter time and no heat. Then taking a $20 deposit said we would get it back in the morning when we checked out. Didn’t receive it said it would take 5-7 days for us to get it. I’m very displeased with this place and won’t recommend it to anyone

Absolutely worst place no one should stay here if you are worried about your safety. Room was trash, we cancelled our booking, asked for a refund. They haven’t given any refund been more than 11 days. And if you give a call they don’t even bother to answer you and just hang up

The room had a hard smoke odor that I couldn’t get out of the room no matter how hard I tried. None of the outlets worked in the room and when my phone died no one could assist me. I don’t believe I will be returning after this

There were many homeless individuals roaming the hotel making it unsafe to leave at night. You could hear everything going on outside from the room. There was a homeless guy arguing and yelling multiple times during our two night stay. When we first got there to check in, we had to wait 10 minutes in the car because a homeless man was waiting for us to get out of the car. The toilet hardly flushed. It kept making noise all night. The microwave was broken and you couldn’t open in without a pen.

Online reservation was not received by the hotel.

I booked online and I lost day-1 because of a delay on my flight, which is fine. But I arrived on day-2 and yet the hotel could not find my reservation on the their computer, which is not believable. I spent about 2 hrs in the cold to phone their customer service and asked for a refund. In my refund they cut off all admin charges, which I felt to be day-light rubbery.

There was roaches in the room, the towels were stained, the curtain on the window wasn’t even on all the way, the bed was springy, the room wasn’t very clean, the outside of the hotel was disgusting. There was trash everywhere on the property. There was creepy/homeless people just sitting on the outside of rooms. People screaming at each other at two in the morning, men sitting in their cars blasting music at night with their lights shining into rooms. Would NOT recommend staying here, especially with a child. I felt so unsafe staying there. It’s a cheap hotel but still not worth the price.
