Room was disgusting. Didn’t even stay the night. Beg bugs, roaches, stained sheets, smelled bad, the works. Was told to call Customer service using the number on the site but can’t find the number anywhere.

The guy at the front seat was not very friendly but then again there was drug dealers and hookers walking in and out of doors. Cops showed up the minute after I checked in. We were there just to sleep for the night so it was quiet enough to do that. Room was clean but only 2 towels and one wash cloth. Cigarette burns on the beds and comforters.

The maid was super nice but in the middle of the night, very chaotic very thin wall I didn’t go to sleep until 3 AM. Couldn’t get a refrigerator and microwave in the room does do not look same as picture

Parking did not feel safe and easy. There appeared to be a lot of unusual activity and traffic no matter the time of day. I d ok by put your belongings on the ground! They have roaches. The best for last the staff. There are two guys work at night whom are very short tempered both. A situation arise where I was charged the fee on Expedia already and they were saying a service fee and a deposit are do. No where online does it say I need to swipe my credit card 2 times when I arrive. I pray this place burns in hell.
