Was okay. Bathtub drain was broken. The nightstands were not even in the correct spot. Water kept getting cold when showering. Ac would go out and it was so HOT IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. So humid as well it was awful

Hotel is not what I was expecting. Carpets are old. Elevator wasn’t working. We had to use the service elevator and was dirty and smelled bad. We had to switch rooms because the smell of mold was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. The first room I was given smelled like mildew. I had to ask the receptionist to give me another room. The gym and the pool had similar smells, so I’m assuming it has to do with dirty/broken filters in those areas affecting first and second floor rooms. 2. The second room I was given had no water. I didn’t realize until the morning when I went to take a shower and nothing came out. - I am shocked at the motel level quality at something as prestigious as a Hilton Hotel. I will definitely be sending a note to the corporate office because that was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a while.

Hotel was nice. Bed was amazing… A couple of things though: because this was a stay due to my connecting flight being canceled, I was unable to have my toiletries, There were no complementary toiletries. Everything was for purchase only, very disappointing given the location of the hotel is mainly for airport travelers… Plus, restaurant did not have many things on the menu available along with running out of white wine at 7pm
