This is a perfect location - 10 minute easy walk to our conference at The Statler. The house was perfectly situated for sleeping and the common space is gorgeous. Light, clean, comfortable. I would stay here again next time we are in Dallas, hands down!It was so easy to check in and the communication with the owners was responsive, clear and friendly! Loved, loved, loved our stay.

The property was impeccable. The perfect place for a family with teens. Great gathering space but also multiple levels for some privacy. Felt very safe in this neighborhood and walking distance to so many attractions. Would highly recommend!!!

It was a magnificent time!

My wife and I brought 4 children (16, 14, 11, 8) for a concert in Deep Ellum and this property was perfectly within walking distance and plenty big enough for all of us. Very clean and very cool!

Check in was rough. The email stated a different address saying do not get this wrong only this number so we were completely confused. The turn in street was also misspelled on the email. The bottom bedroom has clear doors that do not lock and the chalk wall was just dirty so not ideal as a private bedroom. They do not let you access the garage so you must walk all the way around the front to then open the garage to park.
