Construction wkrs on 4th fl is a no no
The hotel staff is professional and courteous. The common areas are well kept & smell nice. The property is well lit & secure. My stay was almost perfect aside from the construction workers on the 4th floor with heavy boots and slamming doors starting @ 05:30 & sometimes loud music. This issue was Not completely resolved for me.
I got there at 5:30 and was told I have to wait an hour so the room can be cleaned. Mind you check in is at 3:00pm. Fine I booked last minute so maybe my fault. (Earlier that day) then I heard the elevators were OUT OF ORDER so I asked for a lower level. But then I get back after an hour and was told I was on the top (4th) floor. Ok whatever luckily I'm in decent shape. But when I was in my room eating by myself, the room phone rings, scaring the crap out of me, at it's the lady from the front and just rudely says "we've had lots of complaints" and I'm like okay about what? She says the noise! Are you stomping around up there?!! I was like No I'm just eating! Although at the same time I did hear a lot of noise out in the hall, which I mentioned to her. She just says ok and hangs up. I'm not upset at her asking about noises it's just her attitude in which she automatically blamed me, instead of asking. She just saw that I was a solo guest why would she assume or ask it was me making such noises 🙄Though she wasn't wrong about the noise. I'm guessing it was kids up and down the hallway. My room was right by the stairs. Because of all the noises and people using the stairs I didn't get much needed rest. Which was a-shame because the hotel is new and I had high hopes for.
Realize it was an extended stay hotel however they provide virtually nothing other than a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo
I had to go buy a hairdryer as that’s not even offered and even though it has a full small kitchenette, you have to buy the pots and pans and silverware from the front desk. Otherwise, you don’t even get a coffee cup or a coffee maker in the room.
A very modern and less than one year-old hotel in a prime area of North Dallas, however, my entire surroundings throughout my stay I felt like it was a homeless shelter or the major majority of the residents were there a long time under government vouchers
Beds are very firm and the pillows were not comfortable. If I had stayed a day or two longer I would’ve bought new pillows.
There is no breakfast offered as it is designed to be nothing more than an apartment style move in living situation. They do push their weekly and monthly rates so you will quickly notice that there are some long-term residence and not the environment of a traveling businessman with usual hotels, offering office facilities and computers.
Can’t say anything negative about the staff. They were all generally very friendly. It’s just what the hotel has become. Government mostly paid for residents that are there longer term.
I have stayed here twice, check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfy, very close to lots of places, was quiet, regular size refrigerator was nice, nice tv and easy check out… will stay here every time I’m in the area
TV did not work. We asked for toilet paper and was told there was no toilet paper available , it was ordered not not sure when the next shipment will be in.

Wasn’t aware that dishware and cookware had to be rented apart from the booking. That would have been good to know ahead of time. Parking lot had several spots marked off due to construction
