Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

The following types of vehicles will not be allowed at check-in:

1. Vehicles with malfunctioning controls, faulty brakes, or breathalyzer systems.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10+ passenger vans, or vehicles exceeding the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (as they are difficult to maneuver in the garage).
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking car-like controls.

Pets are welcome based on size, but please notify us in advance to avoid cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet applies as follows:

- $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights
- $200 for stays of 5 to 29 nights
- $300 for stays of 30 nights or more

Please note that we are not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

**Guest verification is required before check-in.**

To comply with legal and property security regulations, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification process, and in some cases, undergo a background check. This information is used only for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for anything else.

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:

- Adhere to our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Undergo a background check if requested by the property management or owner, as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms.
- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.

Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet the verification criteria.

Additionally, please note that security cameras are installed in the hallways for safety, and a Minut device is used in the unit to monitor noise levels.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
