The environment was overall friendly and staff was very nice! Our room didn’t have an iron but after calling front desk, I had one in my door in a matter of minutes!

Good option close to downtown. The staff were great as was their service. Bathroom and fixtures are old and need updating. Furniture in sitting area was also old but for the cost was fine.

The room was clean, however the shampoo, body wash and lotion dispensers were empty, the toilet paper was insufficient, and there was no real coffee. In addition, the coffee maker didn’t work even when I got real coffee pods for it. The staff were very kind, but the hotel just seems to lack the funds to keep up the nice things like room service & bags for the food when I had to go to the bar for a meal. I imagine it was and could again be a very nice hotel, but for the money, I felt the essentials were definitely lacking.
