This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room stinch was unreal, floor was dirty and kitchen was sticky all over. Bathroom was extremely dirty! Did I mention the room stink?! Hall way was full of junk and crumbs. I don't think anyone cleans this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we booked this property through Expedia, one of the main reasons was because it had an airport shuttled listed as being available. But it turns out that that is incorrect and there isn’t one. Room had no linens for the sofa bed. No chairs for the table. Shower leaking. Light next to bed mismatched light shade that didn’t fit and no lightbulb.

The hotel is incredibly disappointing, the hallways dirty with waste from work being done, an open room that contained a garbage container that made the hotel smell like garbage, an elevator that has been cleaned in days, the access door to the hotel the entry card did not work which made anyone could have access, the dirty room, it smelled like cigarettes at times it smelled like marijuana, the surrounding rooms, the access door to the room, damaged with signs that at some point someone tried to enter, the broken door handle. It is an incredibly poorly managed hotel. It does not meet the brand standards

Walking into the property I thought I was walking into a condemned property. There were wires hanging all from the ceiling dust and dirt everywhere with a small sign saying excuse the mess due to new cameras being set to. Keep in mind this is 8pm no one three working on the “mess” just left it unsafe and I had small children with me. Had I been told of the situation I would have found a cleaner place and definitely safer place to stay.
This was on the second floor look at the wires it was worse on the 1st floor with wires touching the ground making it hard to get to the elevator
